Online Tipping

I predict: that the concept and practice of Traditional Tipping will soon be extrapolated and transferred to the Internet. Furthermore, it will accelerate and advance content and value creation and change the way people pay and reward value creation. We all know a bartender or waiter that makes a great living working for tips. Soon, that will be online content creators. Furthermore, the "irrationality" and "hacking" of Traditional Tipping will translate to Online Tipping. The global scale of the internet will allow people to become rich or make incredible monetary rewards within a day, an hour, maybe even seconds. It will be possible to create one great piece of internet content or create so much "value" that you can become a "flash" millionaire within one hour, or collect enough residual income to slowly become rich. This will create an entire class of workers who create content and value with the "hope" of monetary return. "Working For Tips" online will be a major development. And it won't always seem fair or "rational". And it will be far more confusing than Traditional Tipping.
